Sometimes a user wants to take a break, manage their budget, or simply stop following a profile. OnlyFans has made this process fairly straightforward, but you need to know where to click to avoid unexpected automatic renewals.
1. Log into your OnlyFans account from a web browser or your mobile device.
2. Go to the profile of the creator you wish to unsubscribe from.
3. Under their profile picture and bio, locate the "Subscribed" button.
4. Click on it. A drop-down menu will appear.
5. Select the "Unsubscribe" option.
6. OnlyFans will ask if you simply want to disable auto-renew or provide a reason. Choose the option that suits you.
Even if you cancel today, you will continue to have access to the creator's content until the end of the current billing cycle.
For creators: Unsubscribing is normal. However, if your unsubscribe rate (Churn) is too high, it is a sign that your customer relationship management (Chatting) needs to be optimized. Contact us to discuss it.
